Wine presentation by Eberhard Tamm

Both Goldie Hazrah and Chef Harjeet received their culinary training in their native India. Join us on a journey of culinary adventures and experience authentic Indian dishes alongside international counterpart preparations inspired by Chef Harjeet’s extensive experience on board of cruise ships.

Drawing from his travels through the world of wine, Eberhard Tamm will pair the dishes with mindfully selected specialties from the enotri portfolio.

Two unique rice preparations originating in India & Italy, using two very different rice varieties. One, a blend of Basmati Rice & Masoor lentils, tempered with Curry Leaves and Mustard seeds and the other made with Carnaroli rice and finished with Parmesan Cheese.

White fish marinated in two distinct flavors. One in Yogurt with Carom Seeds AND the other in South American blend of herbs, chili and vinegar.
